1. Scope
This policy applies to ritual guide services, digital downloads, printed materials, and facilitated workshops purchased from Strongaiforce (ABN 83 274 156 902).
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. See our Consumer Guarantees page.
3. Digital guide collections
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once download access has been granted, unless:
- The file is defective or inaccessible due to our error
- The product materially differs from its description
- A major failure under the ACL applies
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues preventing access.
4. Printed materials
Printed guides may be returned within 14 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be returned in reasonable condition. We cover return postage for faulty products.
5. Workshop and facilitation services
- Cancellation more than 14 days before: full refund
- Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days: no refund, but rescheduling may be offered
6. Subscriptions
Seasonal subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions unless required by the ACL.
7. How to request a refund
Email writetous@strongaiforce.world, call +61 2 9554 9477, or use our Complaints process. Include your order details and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
